🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dog Box UK. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• The item must arrive at Dog Box UK in a condition suitable for resale.
• If damage or loss occurs during return transit, you must claim compensation directly from the carrier.

Please contact us before returning any product to ensure your return is approved and to receive return instructions.

💸 Refunds & Exchanges

We aim to process all refunds or exchanges as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 28 days for processing, particularly during busy periods.

No refunds or exchanges will be processed until the item has been received and inspected by Dog Box UK.

📦 If We Arrange the Return

If Dog Box UK agrees to arrange the return on your behalf, you will be charged both:

• A collection fee, and
• A return delivery fee (equal to your original delivery cost — see your invoice).

Please ensure the product is securely packaged and in line with the conditions above.

⚠️ Important Notes

• All returned items must be in original, unopened packaging.
• Orders returned due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• We do not refund original shipping or handling charges.
• Bespoke items or custom powder-coated colours are non-returnable.
• Items that have been used, damaged, modified, or returned incomplete will not be accepted under any circumstances.
