Dog Cages

All Dog Boxes supplied for domestic use are covered by a 12-month structural warranty. This warranty covers the main body of the box against structural failure, including the central divider, hinges, and door locks.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental or impact damage
• Matting
• Damage caused by chewing vents or doors
• Powder-coated finish (covered for 12 months excluding scratches caused by dogs)

During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The cost of returning the product for inspection or warranty work is the responsibility of the customer.

Commercial Use: All Dog Box UK products supplied for commercial use are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Dog Box UK Storage Drawers

Dog Box UK Storage Drawers include a 12-month warranty. This excludes accidental or impact damage, matting, and any powder-coated finish beyond the 12-month period.

Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Return shipping costs for warranty work are the responsibility of the customer.

Products not manufactured by Dog Box UK are covered by the warranty provided by the original manufacturer. Please contact us at the time of ordering if you require clarification.

Intended Use & Modifications

All products must be used as intended or the warranty will be invalid.

• Dog boxes are designed for the transportation of dogs only.
• Storage drawers must not be loaded beyond their rated runner capacity.

Any modification, alteration, or unauthorised repair to the product will immediately invalidate the warranty.
