About Dog Box UK

Dog Box UK is an independent British manufacturer based in Holsworthy, Devon. Everything we sell is designed and built here in our own workshop. No imported flat packs, no rebadged products, no call centre. When you buy from us, you are buying something we made, and when you email us, you are talking to the people who will actually build your box.

Why we build them ourselves

Because it is the only way to control what matters. A dog box has one job that it absolutely cannot fail at: keeping your dog safe while you drive. So we choose the materials, we do the fabrication, and we check every box before it leaves the workshop. Secure locks, heavy duty runners, proper ventilation and panels that will still be solid years from now. If a component is not strong enough for daily use in a working vehicle, it does not go on our products.

Building everything here also means we are not stuck with a fixed catalogue. If a standard size does not fit your vehicle or your dogs, we can make one that does.

Who we build for

A lot of our customers work with dogs for a living. Police and MOD teams, farmers, veterinarians, dog walkers and canine care professionals run our boxes and drawer systems every day, in vehicles that get used hard. That is the standard everything we make is built to, whether it is going into a fleet van or the back of the family car for weekend walks.

Because in the end, we build for the same reason our customers buy: your dog is not just a pet, they are part of the family, and they deserve to travel safely.

Something that fits you exactly

Alongside the standard range, we build bespoke boxes made to order around your vehicle, your dogs and how you work. Custom sizes, layouts, divider arrangements, storage features, and any colour you like. Every box in our range can be finished in a custom colour of your choosing.

Bespoke boxes are made specifically for you, so the current lead time is approximately 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.
