📦 Smaller Items

Smaller items are delivered using a trusted courier selected by Dog Box UK. Once dispatched, these orders are typically sent on a 48-hour delivery service.

• Most products require a signature upon delivery.
• Any shortages or damage must be noted on delivery and reported immediately. Claims cannot be accepted later.

We work hard to ensure smooth delivery, but occasionally delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

🐶 Larger Items (Cages, Drawers, etc.)

After placing your order, you’ll receive confirmation with your delivery details.

Larger products such as dog transport cages and drawers are delivered via Pallex pallet network and will require a signature upon delivery.

IMPORTANT: You must inspect the goods before signing. Do not sign the delivery note unless you’ve checked the item for damage.

If damage is found:

• Note it clearly on the delivery note
• Refuse the delivery
• Contact us immediately

If a replacement is in stock, we’ll dispatch it promptly. If not, we’ll advise the next available dispatch date.

🏡 Delivery Options

• We can deliver to your home or workplace.
• Standard delivery for larger items typically takes 3–5 working days.
• Next Day and Saturday delivery options are available for an extra charge (subject to stock).

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or text with the expected delivery date. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we’ll give you an estimated window on the day.

⚠️ Kerbside Delivery Notice

Due to ongoing health & safety procedures, all pallet deliveries are kerbside only. This means the driver will leave the pallet at your driveway or designated drop-off area, and you’ll inspect the goods after they leave.

Our priority is ensuring your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
