Description
The DB416 Discovery 5 Box is a vehicle specific dog transport cage built for the Land Rover Discovery 5. It gives you a secure, practical setup for carrying dogs in the boot while keeping the load area organised and protected.
The shape is made to suit the Discovery 5 boot space, giving a tidy fit without wasting room. It is a good option for dog owners who want a proper fitted cage rather than a loose universal crate that moves around or leaves awkward gaps.
A removable centre partition gives you the choice of two separate compartments or one larger space, depending on the dogs you are carrying. This is useful for separating dogs during travel, managing different sizes or opening the cage up when more room is needed.
The rear escape door gives additional access from inside the vehicle if the tailgate cannot be opened or the rear of the vehicle is blocked. This adds useful flexibility for daily use, travel and tighter parking situations.
The powder coated frame is built for regular vehicle use and fitted with anti slip rubber matting to give dogs better footing during transport. Lockable keyed alike latches keep the doors secured, while side lifting handles make the box easier to position when fitting or removing it from the vehicle.
Tie down fixing points in the sides and roof give proper securing options inside the boot. The cage arrives fully assembled, so once it is unwrapped it can be positioned into the vehicle and secured in place.
