Description
The DB335 and DB336 Double Dog Transport Cage Kit is a stacked top and bottom cage setup for vans and vehicle conversions where space needs to work harder. It combines a lower cage with a smaller top cage, giving extra transport capacity without taking up more floor area than the bottom box footprint.
The bottom cage provides the main transport space, while the top cage adds a second level above for additional dogs or flexible working use. Removable centre partitions let the compartments stay separated or open into larger spaces when needed, which is useful for mixed groups, working dogs and changing transport needs.
Twin escape doors give additional access from inside the vehicle if the rear doors cannot be opened. This is useful in loaded vans, tight parking spaces and professional setups where rear access is not always straightforward.
The boxes fix together as part of a secure modular system and can also be fixed directly to the vehicle. Both cages are fitted with anti slip rubber matting, lockable keyed alike latches and tie down fixing points on the sides and roof for a secure van installation.
Some self assembly is required when fixing the boxes together and securing them into the van. Professional installation is available at our workshop for customers who would rather have the kit fitted in house.

Your dog should have enough room to stand, turn around and lie down comfortably. The cage should not be excessively large, as a closer fit gives better support during travel.
Do I need to secure the cage inside the vehicle?
A dog cage should sit securely in the vehicle and should not move during travel. Some setups may require fixing points, straps or a fitted layout depending on the vehicle and cage type.
